Study Abroad Requirements, Deadlines and Fees
In order to apply for a WSU Study Abroad Program, students must meet the following requirements.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 鈥 some programs have higher GPA requirements.
- Students must be currently enrolled in a full-time course of study at m88体育.
- Undergraduate students must have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours by the time of departure. Graduate students must have completed a minimum of 12 graduate credit hours by the time of departure.
- Study abroad program chosen must be approved by the Office of International Education(Study Abroad)

There is a nonrefundable $30 study abroad application fee that gets posted to the student鈥檚 WSU account and can be paid through the myWSU Student Account Suite under the myFinances tab. Once you submit a study abroad application, you will receive more information regarding this fee.
Academic Year and Fall Semester: February 15th
Spring Semester: September 15th
MAUI Consortium Academic Year, Spring and Fall Semester: February 15th
Summer: Varies 鈥 please see specific for deadlines (usually between November 1 - March 1)
January Term (winter): September 1st
A late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to the student if they cancel their study abroad program 30 or more days after the published application deadline on our WSU Study Abroad Programs webpages.
