Tiahna embarked on her professional journey with Ennovar in 2021, where she has been a member of the Automation User Experience Team at Textron Aviation. Simultaneously, Tiahna is diligently pursuing her academic aspirations, working towards achieving a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Engineering. In addition, she is expanding her creative horizons by studying for a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Arts, specializing in Animation. Notably, Tiahna's passion for knowledge extends to mathematics, as she has also chosen to pursue a minor in the subject.
While working for Ennovar at Textron, Tiahna courageously applied to the prestigious and received an offer to experience the magic of working at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Her current role in the program is working at the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction in Magic Kingdom where her primary responsibility revolves around the safety and well-being of guests, as well as the smooth operation of the attraction.
In addition to her work at Disney, Tiahna is also continuing on with her WSU studies online while also taking professional development classes through the Disney College Program.
And what was originally a 3 to 6 month placement has become much more -- Tiahna was recently offered an extension that will allow her to "be making magic until January, 2024".
