Eduardo's Ennovar story began in late April 2023. Eduardo is a fourth year student at WSU, and actually switched his major from History Education to Human Resources Management last year. Embracing the role of HR Student, Eduardo collaborates closely with Ashley and Shana to learn about and implement HR policies for Ennovar. He meets with Ashley and Shana once a week to discuss HR initiatives and builds a report to showcase to them each week.
Eduardo says, "I really enjoy working with my supervisor team; they are very supportive and flexible, which allows me to learn so much about HR in the process of working... they also provide me with many resources and connections, which has allowed me to be very successful." With Ennovar's supportive environment, Eduardo is learning about various HR specialties, which is helping him decide which field he would like to specialize in. After graduation, Eduardo would love to continue to work for WSU.
