Monica Le is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science with an anticipated graduation in May 2025. Monica has held several job positions with Ennovar, her latest being at Textron where she serves as a PLM Software Developer. She is tasked with revamping Textron's older legacy applications using C# to improve performance and provide a better user experience. She simultaneously holds a position as the primary frontend developer for a web application that Ennovar is creating for all of their employees.
One of Monica's favorite aspects of Ennovar is the ability to meet new friends. She also highlights the support given by her leads and operation managers. "They really care about my interests and strive to put me in positions to help my career." Monica states, "Ennovar has provided me with stepping stones that have helped the start of my professional career.... The computer science job market is really competitive, it's great that Ennovar has given me a better chance by giving me valuable and diverse experiences."
