Kyndal Nystrom, an Industrial Engineering major set to graduate in December 2025, is currently working as a Documentation Specialist at Viega. Ennovar partnered with Viega, a metal and piping manufacturing company, earlier in 2024. In her role, Kyndal spends time on the floor in metals, learning directly from Technicians and Operators about their machines to create detailed documentation. These documents are also being incorporated into the training program for new employees.
Reflecting on her experience thus far with Ennovar, Kyndal notes, "Ennovar is helping me get experience in what could potentially be a part of my career." This hands-on experience is invaluable as she builds connections and gains real-world knowledge. Kyndal鈥檚 favorite part about Ennovar is the people she works with and the ease of making connections. Outside of her work at Viega, Kyndal is a competitive cheer coach at Wildcat Cheer in Wichita. She has been involved in cheerleading since she was four years old and cheered for WSU for two years before transitioning to coaching. "I absolutely love being able to put my heart into youth sports and helping kids grow both athletically and with 'real life' things," she shares.
