Connection is critical at Wichita State.
We strive to understand the human moments that are happening and create space for
employees to find their balance in this new world. While it may be tempting to focus
solely on the efficiency of systems right now, this misses an important point - even
the best systems won鈥檛 work if the culture is broken or if people don鈥檛 feel cared
about. Important human elements need to be addressed and one of those is the need
to connect.
